PDF becomes blank when merged

A pdf becomes blank after merging with another pdf document. See sample project link below.

If I open the pdf in Adobe reader, print to pdf using Microsoft print to pdf, that pdf does not become blank after merging.


Sample project has 2 pdfs and exceeded 10 MB (was around 11MB). Please download sample project from here:
