Conversion from docx to html contains invalid image

Hi,

I often convert docx documents with images to html. Usually, this works just fine, but for the document in attachment, the image embedded in the html is invalid and can no longer be viewed.

Code:

                 HTMLExport htmlExport = new HTMLExport();

                 htmlExport.SaveAsXhtml(doc, stream);


Tried with 17.1.0.53 and 18.1.0.45

Any idea how to overcome this?
