Remove Newtonsoft.json dependancy

It would benefit all blazor wasm users if 

https://www.nuget.org/packages/Syncfusion.Blazor/ used system.text.json since blazor includes that out of the box.

As it stands currently all of my users have to download two JSON libraries.. Newtonsoft.Json which even compressed and tree shaken is over 200 kB.

Extra dependencies and package sizes matter a lot in the blazor wasm world. It would be nice if there was a way to shrink Syncfusion.Blazor.dll as well its over 3 Megs
