Changing connector target node by mouse doesn't update connector info

HI - I'm adding 3 nodes, and connecting them while loading the diagram.

At this point 

_diagram.Connectors[j].SourceNode.Name and 

_diagram.Connectors[j].TargetNode.Name values are return correctly.

However If i change one of the connector's target node to another one by mouse while running the app, nothing changes above variables. You can get the same result if you try to SaveAsJson() method. It also returns the previous state of the diagram.

Do i need to use a method to reflect the changes?
