Customize Stencil Header Height in SfDiagram

Need to provide support to customize Stencil Header Height in SfDiagram.

Expected Implementation behavior : 

Implementation behavior of the custom “HeaderHeight” property will be common for all the symbol group headers. All the headers will have the customized height in common for symbol groups. The Header Height property will be placed in Stencil class and it will be common for all the headers placed in the stencil.
