SfComboBox Does Not Scroll to SelectedItem (iOS Only)

On iOS devices only, after navigating to a page that contains a SfComboBox with a SelectedItem value already bound to a global variable, the dropdown will not be scrolled down to show the value that is shown as selected.

Using latest stable nuGet, Syncfusion.Xamarin.SfComboBox v18.1.0.55.

I've attached a sample project which should be pretty self-explanatory. You should notice the inconsistency between iOS and Android, as this behavior works as expected on Android but not iOS.
