We are here.... no your not

Let's chat,  We are here popup, press on either and nothing happens.   This has been a terrible support experience!    My problem is that the visual studio extension does,  convert an MVC project,  the button does nothing (Cancel works).  I'm sorry but how am I supposed to trust an organization that cannot make robust software to form the basis of the robust software that I need to produce for my organization.
