Toolbar button or button in "Rotate, rearrange or delete pages" section to be able to Insert a page

Ability via GUI to be able to insert a page - the most logical place for this would be in the "Rotate, rearrange or delete pages" section e.g. button in side toolbar where you can currently delete pages, sometimes it is very handy to be able to delete a page and then insert a replacement page
