Support to drag and drop from Grid to schedule by sending Target element in RowDrop / RowDrag events

Support to pass target element in RowDrop / RowDrag events

so that record can be dragged from Grid and dropped in schedule control on certain cells.

change the mouse pointer while dropping record in schedule component
