[UWP] Dashed border issue

After version 17.4.0.55. Dashed borders are not fine. Try following in the latest version and observe how the border appears:


SfBorder border = new SfBorder();
border.DashArray = new double[2] { 3, 4 };
Label label = new Label();
label.Text = "James Williamson";
label.TextColor = Color.Black;
border.Content = label;
this.Content = border;
