When supplying a DateTime object of Kind UTC automatically use UTC as Appointment timezone

When creating appointments it doesn't currently matter if the 

DateTimeKind is Local or UTC.

and the schedule always assumes Local if no Timezone is set. 

The feature request is to automatically set the TimeZone of the appointment if the DateTimeKind is set to UTC.
