Handle shorter appointments

If we have two short events:
First meeting: 10.00 AM – 10.01 AM
Second meeting: 10.01 AM – 10.02 AM
the scheduler correctly shows them after each other. However, in this case, the events get so small in height that they cannot display any text and are tricky to select with the mouse pointer. See the screenshot below.

we need to provide an option in which the events are always rendered in at least one text row in height and placed side-by-side.
