Option to disable thumb dragging

Current behavior:

  • Lock range will work when the touch and drag position is in-between both the thumbs and also it is possible to touch and drag left or right thumb separately.

Expected behavior:

  • Need to provide option for disabling individual thumb dragging and still lock range should work
    when the touch and drag position is in-between both the thumbs
