VS SyncFusion project template has incorrect CDN Css Link

I have created a new project through visual studio using the "Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio" and the CSS scaffold-ed is as shown in the image:

Empty


However this URL seems incorrect and gives me a access denied message, what its meant to be:

https://cdn.syncfusion.com/blazor/18.1.46/styles/material.css
