Provision to add and remove axis fields programmatically

Pivot Table in Blazor platform, the axis field properties can be changed by using property binding option alone. And, there is no option to add or remove fields in axis programmatically.

So, need to introduce a public method with report parameter. The component can be refreshed based on the changes made in the report parameter in sample level.
