ASP.NET WebForm Item Template support to add the new WebForms page

Currently, we are providing the Project template support for ASP.NET WebForms with adding the Syncfusion assemblies and scripts. But we are not providing the support for creating the new WebForms page with our script and style reference to run our control on the new page. If we create the new page from Microsoft Add - > New option we have to add the script and style entry manually to run our control. 

So, we have to provide the extension support for creating the new WebForms page with the Syncfusion configuration
