chunkUploading event can't be triggered when currentChunkIndex = 0

I want to add customFormData in chunkLoading event handler. My code as follows:

But it does not work well. After reading the source code upload.ts, i know the reason.

I must also add the same code in uploading event handler,  for if currentChunkIndex === 0 , just uploading event be triggered, my code as follows:

Although now my issue is resolved, I think the source code has a bug. Maybe it can be modified as follows:

If so, every chunk request can trigger chunkUploading event, and it reserved 
forward compatibility
