Option to sort appointments/events by priority instead of time (within a day) 

We use the schedule component to plan our work. The events in our database doesn't have a time (only a date), but a priority. As a workaround we set a time based on the priority. But this workaround fails if we have an event that is longer than a day. Then the priority will 
only be considered
 by the first day. The other days the event will always be the first item in the order. 
As second workaround we set the event (that is longer than one day) as a 
recurrence event. but if we do this, the Drag n Drop of this item doesn't work correctly.
 And 
we are dependent on both

Please include a sort option by priority.
 That would be awesome.
