Resolve issue in bookmarks retrieve API when selection is at end of bookmarkend


1. Insert Text.

2. Select All.

3. Insert bookmark

4. Place cursor at end of bookmark.

5. selection.bookmarks API return bookmark.


Expected behaviour: selection is out of bookmark. It should return nothing.
