A division by zero exception is thrown in DockingManager when set AutoHidden interval less than 100 ms

A division by zero exception is thrown in DockingManager


Replication Procedure:


1. Run the attached sample.

2. Resize the toolbar and Solution explorer.

3.  AutoHide the toolbar.


Expected Result:

Exception is thrown


Actual Result:

Exception shouldn't be thrown.
