ng template loaded with some delay in dropdownlist components

ngTemplate loaded with some time delay. so when opening the popup that shows with an empty data list. 

Replication procedure

  1. Run the

  2. open the popup first time see the popup list data 
  3. close the popup 
  4. open the popup second time 
Expected: the initially loaded data should be maintained 
output: the popup showcased with an empty data list.
