Option to change OHLC values to display trackball/crosshair/tooltip dynamically

Improvement in showing the crosshair , trackball, and tooltip with point(x and y). As of now for financial type series, the crosshair, etc will be shown on the high point only with the public methods. We need to consider other values like high, low, open, close.
