Provide setting to not add to Message on SendMessageCommand

When SendMessageCommand is called the message is automatically added to the Messages list as a TextMessage. I'd love to see an option to turn this off.

All of my messages are of type ExtendedChatMessage, which inherits from IMessage. My messaging server sends the outbound messages back with delivery status so I get duplicates where one is in the wrong format.
