Localization/Globalizacion does not work - Language/Culture stays in English

When you try to localize a WebAssembly Blazor app following the instructions in the official documentation nothings happens.

Attached is a full sample that correctly loads all the localizacion/globalization files and configure them as shown in the documentation. It doesn't work and language/culture stays in en-US.
