Tooltip redraw

I can't cause the problem when I try, but when I don't try...
at least I was able to capture it.

I've had problems, where the tooltips don't go away, and a bunch are left on the screen.

It hasn't happened during a window resize, but some focus issue - and when it happens I can just swipe over them and many don't go away.
