[UWP] zoom with mouse weel and pan with pointer drag

On Android and iOS zoom and pan works as aspected using fingers on touch screen.


On UWP desktop device, without touch screen, the only way that I've finded similar to zoom and pan is to use the crop function.


In many Windows image viewers, the zoom in and zoom out are obtained using mouse wheel and pan can be obtained with click and drag of the mouse pointer. I think that this is more usable.


Can you add this functionalities?
