Empty style file created while importing "setting.json" file

Replication Procedure 1:

 Open ThemeStudio and select Bootstrap theme

# Import the setting.json file

# Then, download the theme file

# Now, extract and inspect the CSS file and its size is 0kb


Replication Procedure 2:

Open ThemeStudio and select Bootstrap theme

# Select the components (listed below)

# Change Color "#218739"

# Then, download the theme file

# Now, extract and inspect the size of CSS file and its size is 0kb.


If we import the setting.json file while selected theme is other than bootstap, we can not reproduce the issue


List of Components,

1. radio-button

2. combo-box

3. auto-complete

4. textbox

5. datepicker

6. datetimepicker

7. timepicker,

8. check-box

9. dialog

10. accordion


Replication Procedure 3:
1. Open Filter dialog and select Grid and Textbox
2. Download the theme file
3. Now, extract the .zip file and notice that CSS file will be empty.
