Eliminate all space around the linear Gauge

he Linear Gauge is drawn with a lot of empty space above and below.

It is possible to use the Offset Property on the Linear Scale to pull the control up, but this value is a guess, and is not the same on each platform.

By default there should be no space around the gauge and it should be controlled by the Margin property.

The attached image is a gauge within an SfBorder showing all the space above and below the gauge.
