IBlazorDraggingEventArgs args allowdrop= flase not working

How do i specify only specific region in which the node can be dragged ? Tried with boundary constraints but there is some issue with it in blazor 

 152070.Tried to do using diagram events ,but allowdrop= false is not working and 
cancel= true is setting the node to original position

OnPositionChange="OnPositionChange"

  public void OnPositionChange(IBlazorDraggingEventArgs args)
