Node dragging in swimlane is not working properly, when line routing is enabled

The issue happens when the line routing is enabled.

1. Node dragging - drag the child node of the lane, first-time child node position doesn't change. Next time try to drag the node, the node position is changed.
2. Increase the lane height - drag the child node from one lane to another, lane size is increased automatically which should not happen.
