Frequent Server Timeout Error in CRG Site Completed

Issue 1:

Most of the time the CRG site has thrown "Server TimeOut" error message randomly.

Issue 2:

CRG site will hang/unresponsive when we select more than 30 components for downloading minified script and style files.

These vital issues which affects the primary behavior of the CRG site might be occurred because of the memory problem in hosted server.
