zoom on axes in Charts

When zoom is enabled on charts with ZoomMode.XY, it zooms X and Y simultaneously. That's fine, but sometimes you want to zoom just the X-axis or just the Y-axis, so I would expect that hovering over the axis with your cursor, then zooming would zoom just along that axis, but sadly nothing happens at all. It would be great to add the feature to zoom in just one direction when hovering over the right axis.

So depending on the position of the cursor, it would zoom in Y-direction, X-direction or both.
