ArgumentOutOfRangeException thrown when parsing Excel document with chart

In the input Excel document, chart's IsSeriesRow option is set to TRUE and chart's data first and last columns are equal in its data range. While parsing the charts, XlsIO adds one number to the first column of chart's data range by default, if IsSeriesRow option is set to TRUE. So the first column is greater than the last column, that throws the Exception.
