DropDownButton clipped in higher scaling when ToolStripEx layout property is set to VerticalStackWithOverflow

The DropDownButton is getting clipped when the ToolStripEx LayoutStyle property is set to 

VerticalStackWithOverflow.

This will be reproduced in only higher scaling.


Replication Steps:

  1. 1.Run the attached sample in higher scaling.

  1. 2.The DropDownButton in second ToolStripEx has been clipped.
