SFListView Android crash on ObservableCollection update

When an item is removed from a ReadOnlyObservableCollection, which is bound to the Source Property of an SfListView, the application crashes on Android devices with the following error;

Android.Util.AndroidRuntimeException: 'Only the original thread that created a view hierarchy can touch its views.'


iOS/UWP appears to work.

Swapping to a Xamarin.Forms ListView or CollectionView fixes the issue.
