PDFLoadedForm Json Import Bug

Hi,

There seems to be a bug with the .ImportJSONData method for PDF.Parsing. When I'm trying to use the method on a form, it seems to put the characters '' in an empty field. When I export the data using the Dataformat.JSON format, it seems to put  _x0022_  as the value for the field. This is not a problem, but when I'm importing the same json file into a blank version of the pdf, it puts '' in every field that had the 

_x0022_  value.
