To improve the data update on scrolling

With virtualization, we can view specific page on scrolling till binding 10 K raw data. Beyond the limit, moves multiple pages for a single tick of scrolling. So, unable to view a specific page. So, need to improve the updating of data on scrolling for large data to view a specific page.
