Provide multiple range support slider

Provide multiple range support for Slider control. The goal is to establish several ranges between two values.


For example, with a range of 0 to 100, you can create five distinct ranges:


- 0 to 10

- 10 to 30

- 30 to 50

- 50 to 90

- 90 to 100
