RibbonGalleryItem not removing properly from RibbonGalleryGroup at run time

When tried to remove the RibbonGalleryItem from RibbonGalleryGroup in run time, it is not getting removed.

Note that the item has been removed from the collection but not visually, it will be removed visually once refreshed.

Replication steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Click the the RemoveItems button.
  3. Note that first group item is not removed.
