Tooltip and mouseLeave Event not working on Diagram Control

I am adding a zip format of a video with this issue for better understanding.

Scenario,

1) When I am working around tooltip, what happening is for some nodes tooltip work properly, but for some node even if mouse is not hovering above it, still tooltip remains there.

2) mouseLeave event is not working, but click event or double click is working properly.


Please see video once, for better clearance of scenario.
