After selecting all values, the value template does not work while clearing it

After selecting all entries and then clear all (or one) entries the template is broken.

Issue reproducing steps: 

1. Select all the value
2. Focus out the component
3. Remove one value
4. When you click on the component, the popup displays the empty items.
