Filter dialog not closes when using column template and itemTemplate

There is an issue when enabling true/false column as checkbox column. Filter Popup of other columns stays open and cannot be closed by clicking Ok or cancel.

Replication :

Render checkbox component using column template .
Use itemTemplate for filtering the same column.
Open excel custom filter for any type column.
Filter dialog not closes.
