PdfLoadedDocument does not properly implement the Dispose pattern

PdfLoadedDocument does not implement the dispose pattern. Namely Dispose(bool disposing) should be protected virtual.

This makes it impossible for a class deriving from PdfLoadedDocument to extend disposing in case it has its own unmanaged resources.
