PDF Viewer Freeform annotations inconsistencies after saving and when viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Dear Syncfusion Support Team,

I've encountered some issues when using the WPF PDF Editor with regards to Free Form pen annotations.

As described in the attached word document, there seems to be rendering inconsistencies before and after saving a PDF document that has Free Form pen annotations.

Kindly review and advise further.
