Modified ObservableCollection data not updated to component

Issue Details:


Modified ObservableCollection data not updated to the component.


Validation Details:

The cause of the problem is updateProperty() method checked the DataHashTable count(). For changed particular data to the data source, the IsPropertyChanged variable not updated.
