Provide support for jump list with toast appearance in SfListView.

SfListView already provides the grouping support. So based on group key value, should display the jump list within the SfListView like Xamarin.Forms ListView.
Need to display the toast appearance while jumping across items in the jump list. Refer the Android contacts application.
Provide this support for Linear and Grid layouts and orientations.
