Auto Initialization during adding the control

When adding Xamarin Essential for example, it will automatically add the permission event in the MainActivity


It will be great if you add all the initialization in iOS AppDelegate and Android MainActivity when the user adds the control from the Nuget, then user does not need to go and add them manually.
