Provide tag support for Header, content and Footer in Dialog

Currently dialog doesn't have support for tag approach for Header, Content and footer elements.

Need to provide support as like below

<ejs-dialog>
   <header>
      <div>here is header content </div>
   </header>
   <content>
      <div>
         here is content. Instead of template, use this.
      </div>
   </content>
   <footer>
   </footer>
</ejs-dialog>
