Support for detection of text in URL format as Hyperlink

At present, hyperlink navigation will work only on the URLs specified as hyperlink annotations in the PDF library. The support for the auto detection of URLs present in the ordinary text content of the PDF and hyperlink navigation to the detected URL must be implemented. A PDF that contains similar URL text is attached in the task for reference.
