UserControl content is not properly clipped when setting EnableOptimization in SkinStorage

GMap control has been placed in the UserControl which is not properly clipped when EnableOptimization property is set True in SkinStorage. However it works fine when the EnableOptimization is set to False.


Replication Procedure

1. Run the sample.
2. Note that the Gmaps control is not clipped as set in the sample.
